Celebrating 2 years of Electronic Directory, the next instalment of the Podcast comes from Esteban Adame, one half of ICAN.

Interview with Esteban Adame

What have you been up to lately ?

Well, I’ve been playing a lot of Jazz with my trio, working on tracks and producing. I wanted to focus more on DJing and production work this year, so that what I’ve been focusing on this year.

Nomadico and Esteban Adame, you guys have produced together as El Coyote. Can we look forward to anymore from you two ?

Yes, as a matter of fact, we are currently working on some material that should be ready by then end of this year. Look out for these tracks either on ICAN or other labels.

Can you tell us a bit about the mix ?

I tried to play music produced by my friends as well as by me. I wanted to show my piano skills so I put together an intro for the mix. The intro is aka G2G complete with synth pads and strings. I hope you all like it.

What’s up next for you ?

Well, I have some possible gigs in Japan that have not been confirmed and some other dates in Europe with DJ 3000. I also have a release on Subject Detroit coming out soon as well as some remixes on some well known labels that will announced soon.
